Gift Cards are non-refundable and may be purchased by cash, debit, Master Card, or Visa.

Reimbursement - your Gift Card will be replaced if lost or stolen. Just be sure to record your Gift Card number from the back of the card in a safe place. However if the gift card is lost and someone other than the person the card was intended for uses the card, funds will NOT be replaced.

Q: What if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

Q: How do I return something purchased with my Gift Card?
A: Keep your purchase receipt and Gift Card in case you wish to make a return. Return policies vary by store. If the merchant issues a credit to the Gift Card, these funds are not available for 7 business days.
Q: How do I find the balance on my Gift Card?
A: The original amount should be indicated on the white box located on the back of the Gift Card. At any time, you can confirm the available balance at the customer service located next to The Children's Place, or online at www.getmybalance.com or call, toll free telephone number at 1-800-840-5604.
Q: What if the purchase amount is more than the balance on my Gift Card?
A: Notify the cashier that you will be making two types of payment. You must first pay the difference with another form of payment (cash, debit, Master Card or Visa) accepted by the merchant and then use your Gift Card to pay the remaining balance.
Q: Does my Gift Card expire?
A: No. This is a multiple retailer card, and unless prohibited by law, a $2.50 fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted each month from the card balance starting 16 months and 1 day after the card activation date.
Q: Where can I use the Windsor Crossing gift card?
A: Gift cards are accepted at all Windsor Crossing retailers except Dollarama.
Q: Can I purchase a Gift Card online?
A: No. Not at the present time.
