DETROIT-WINDSOR TUNNEL CLOSURE NOTICE
The Detroit-Windsor Tunnel will be closing for renovations beginning in October. Closures will be based on the following schedule:
October 20 - 30
24-hour closure beginning at 8:00pm on Oct. 20 until 5:30am on Oct. 30
October 30 - November 22
Closed evenings only, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00pm - 5:30am
November 23 - 26
The Tunnel will be open to traffic
November 27 - December 23
Closed evenings only, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00pm - 5:30am
December 23 - January 1
The Tunnel will be open to traffic
January 2 - Mid June
Closed evenings only, Sunday through Thursday, 8:00pm - 5:30am

Directions to Windsor Crossing
From E.C. Row Expressway - Exit at the Huron Church Road exit ramp. Coming from the West, turn right onto Huron Church Road. Coming from the East, turn left onto Huron Church Road. Proceed south onto Huron Church Road/Highway 3. Turn right onto Sandwich West Parkway. Windsor Crossing is located on your left hand side.
From the Ambassador Bridge - Continue straight to Huron Church Road. Proceed south on Huron Church and turn right onto Sandwich WEST Parkway. Windsor Crossing is located on your left hand side.
From the 401 - Exit Highway 401 at the Highway 401/Highway 3 split and proceed north on Highway 3. Turn left onto Sandwich West Parkway. Windsor Crossing is located on your left hand side.
